The decor of the Guyot tavern tastes like home: from the wood of which the composed the Florentine terracotta furniture of the walls. As soon as you cross the threshold you perceive the convivial atmosphere thanks to the expertly studied light and the warm welcome of the innkeeper. The bottles placed in the open cellar which controls both the temperature and the humidity they portend a wise knowledge of the best pairings for each course. An authentic place to taste genuine products.

Typical dishes

Every week the menú presents six or eight proposals to choose from, prepared following the seasonality; of the products and their freshness. At the Guyot tavern you can enjoy a characteristic aperitif with a wide selection of high quality cold cuts and cheeses. accompanied by jams that enhance its flavour.

The flagship is always the risotto, rigorously prepared with the Carnaroli type supplied by the producer of Zibido San Giacomo at Km 0 (www.ilchiccodelmulino.com).

Each course is accompanied by a wide choice of wines selected to amplify the organoleptic characteristics of each dish.
