Atmosphere

The Hosteria della Pignatta in Binasco, a stone's throw from the Navigli area of Milan, looks like an old inn with a brick fireplace and exposed beams. “…one of those places of the heart where it is nice to come back to feel at home, but also for the taste of being surprised by how much wonder there can be in simple and traditional cuisine…” Domenico Liggeri writes in Stories Enogastronomiche. The warm environment, the soft music and the relaxing atmosphere: suitable for a special evening for couples, but also for business lunches and dinners or a quiet evening to spend in good company.


Typical dishes

Genuine cuisine linked to the traditions of our territory, but also of regional inspiration with some reinterpretations in a contemporary and seasonal key. The menu is designed and set up for coeliacs and the processing of raw materials is gluten-free and you can taste alternative dishes in a vegetarian and, when possible, vegan version. At the Hosteria there is a wide selection of organic cheeses, natural wines and craft beers. Here the bread is made with sourdough from wholemeal and biodynamic flours, the pasta and desserts are strictly homemade.
