Description

Details

DB5 is a top-fermented craft beer with a golden hue that characterizes light beers. Its color is naturally cloudy because all J Brew beers are unfiltered. Proof of this is the sediment that accompanies them, a clear indication of the craftsmanship of its production. DB5 foam is soft but tenacious. The nose exudes a sweet aroma. In the mouth the citrus fruit opens and a light note of resin. The whole closes in a very balanced way in a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Its good dose of hops gives it the characteristic aroma of Pale Ale that cleanses the mouth after each sip, preparing the mouth for the next sip.

Abbinamenti
The DB5 lends itself very well as a beer throughout the meal. In particular, it is ideal for dishes based on creamy sauces such as prawn cocktail and Russian salad. It goes well with characteristic dishes of Italian cuisine such as pizza with cheese and veal with tuna sauce but also medium-cooked, slightly peppery steak and hamburgers. Suitable for light frying of both vegetables and fish but also spicy dishes to dampen the strong flavor of the chilli pepper. It can be drunk with satisfaction even between meals thanks to its refreshing and thirst-quenching character. We recommend pouring the DB5 into a conical column goblet, ideal for collecting the abundant and persistent foam.
