Details
Rapsodia is a beer with coppery, cloudy amber reflections. Pouring it, its hat of slightly bitter light foam and aromatic and decisive aromas is released. In the mouth it is sweet and soft. You can perceive the aroma of honey and caramel, with a slightly spicy nuance on the tongue given by its carbonation. Malt and hops are very balanced. The persistent aftertaste leaves a thick and creamy scent in the mouth. - Additional Information

Rapsodia is a tasting beer. It can be enjoyed away from meals, in the afternoon or after dinner, preferably in company. However, it does not disdain the combination with dishes of different kinds and traditions. Ideal for hot first courses such as pasta, risotto and ravioli but also with smoked and slightly spiced foods. Rapsodia is a beer to be tasted in the characteristic tulip-shaped glass. The double curvature of this particular glass allows the release of the olfactory perceptions generated by the structured aromas and to collect the foam in the most correct way.
